Our Returns Process
We gladly accept returns within 3 months of delivery.
To help us process returns smoothly, items should be returned in their original condition and suitable for resale, with tags attached.
Please include your order number with your return.
How to Return
Step 1: Please contact our customer service team at sales@mauricesaxe.com to initiate your return.
Step 2: Pack your item securely, including your order number inside the parcel.
Step 3: Send your return to the address provided by our customer care team.
Step 4:Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and approved.
- Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you’d prefer an exchange instead of a refund, let us know – we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
If the requested size or style is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Faulty Items
- If your item is faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@mauricesaxe.com.au. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
