Refund and Returns Policy

Our Returns Process
  • We gladly accept returns within 3 months of delivery.

  • To help us process returns smoothly, items should be returned in their original condition and suitable for resale, with tags attached. 

  • Please include your order number with your return.

How to Return
  • Step 1: Please contact our customer service team at sales@mauricesaxe.com to initiate your return.

  • Step 2: Pack your item securely, including your order number inside the parcel.

  • Step 3: Send your return to the address provided by our customer care team.

  • Step 4:Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.

Refunds
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and approved.

  • Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
  • If you’d prefer an exchange instead of a refund, let us know – we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

  • If the requested size or style is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Faulty Items
  • If your item is faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@mauricesaxe.com.au. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
